In order to deliver comprehensive programs to meet the needs of our scholars we need the help of our community.
We are offering partnership opportunities to Bay Area companies interested in helping low-income, first-generation college students learn practical workforce insights to help them successfully compete in today's job market.
How it works.
Partnering companies host PCF Scholars on their corporate campus for a day offering valuable opportunities to engage with employees to help broaden their understanding of the workforce, job types, and skills employers are looking for when hiring college graduates.
Our partnership includes customizing a program to deliver a powerful day that highlights your company and provides our scholars with meaningful learnings.
Our annual Leadership conference offers invaluable experience and educational opportunities to our scholars. PCF offers an array of sponsorship opportunities to individuals, groups and companies in support of this event - your help would make a huge difference.
Pre-event Committee Participant
It takes teamwork to develop a comprehensive program. Volunteer and work along side other Bay Area professionals to deliver a conference program that has lasting learning outcomes.
Our sessions are focused on practical topics to assist our scholars in reaching their academic and career goals. Consider sharing your knowledge and passion in your role as a session speaker and/or panelist to college students who are eager to learn!
Career Exploration Fair
Invest 2 hours of your time to share what you do for a living, field questions about your company, industry sector and career journey with our scholars as a career exploration company participant. It's a great way to help first-generation college students learn about career fields and positions that they may not have known about or considered before.
